Check the Main PC: Ensure the "PathoStream HL7 Bridge" software is running on the computer connected to the CBC machine.
Check the CBC Machine: Ensure the machine is turned ON and the LAN cable is securely plugged in at both ends.
Check Settings: Verify the machine's LIS IP matches this PC's IP and port is set to 5100.
Restart Bridge: If everything looks okay, try closing the Bridge software and starting it again.
