Ensure the PathoStream HL7 Bridge software (or node bridge.js) is actively running on the computer wired to the cell counter. The top-right status pill should turn green (CBC Online).
Verify the CBC analyzer is powered ON. Check that the Ethernet cable (RJ45) is firmly plugged into both the analyzer's network port and the computer (or network switch) with flashing link LEDs.
On the machine's setup screen (Setup โ Communication / LIS):
Run a test sample or QC on the machine. Within 2-3 seconds of aspiration completion, the results automatically appear in PathoStream under "Import CBC Results from Machine".
